SAT/PSAT
PSAT & SAT Information
The PSAT/NMSQT and SAT are digital standardized tests that help students assess their skills in reading, writing, and math, prepare for college, and qualify for scholarships. The PSAT is a great step toward college readiness and can open doors to the National Merit Scholarship Program for 11th graders. The SAT is widely used by colleges and universities as part of admissions and scholarship decisions.
At Sycamore High School:
- Given once per year during a school day in October. No registration is required for this school-day test. 10th graders may opt in for early experience.
-
SAT: Students planning to take the SAT must register through College Board and select a nearby test center. SHS is not a test center for national SAT dates.
